Letters are the heart of Mikci — but unlike a one-time time capsule, Future You writes back on a schedule, and you keep the promise that letter asks for. Calendar, memories, and optional bank sync quietly support that ritual.
Is Mikci free?
Yes — you can create an account and start writing Future Letters, setting goals, and tracking bills for free. Any premium features will always be clearly optional.
Do I have to connect my bank?
No. Bank sync through Plaid is entirely optional and read-only. Mikci works fully with the income and bills you enter yourself.
How is my data protected?
Sensitive data is encrypted at rest, transmitted over secure connections, and never sold. Letters, amounts, and bank details stay private. Moments and Post Office are optional shares with other Mikci users. You can export or permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Does Mikci actually move my money?
No. Mikci helps you plan and track gentle saving promises. It does not hold, move, or transfer funds on your behalf.
Can I use Mikci on my phone?
Yes. Mikci is a responsive Progressive Web App you can install on your home screen for a native-like experience on iPhone and Android.
