A SIMPLE GUIDE
One week. One small Promise.
Mikci 3.0 has three places: Home, Mailbox, and My Account. Here's what to expect when you start using it.
2. Connect a bank
Use Plaid to connect your bank securely. Mikci needs successful, recent transaction updates before it can make personal observations. New accounts may initially show waiting states.
3. Read your letters
Your Mailbox holds personal observations, Promise invitations, and results. Letters already written keep their original wording even if you change Mikci’s voice.
4. Choose a Promise
When there is enough reliable data, Mikci may suggest a spending limit for the next seven full days. Accept it or choose not to. The Promise engine uses real posted transactions in the relevant category.
5. Check your progress
Home shows the current Promise and recent activity in its category. The result depends on actual synchronized data. Bank connections and account settings are available in My Account.
